Job Title: Cybersecurity Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity engineering lead to oversee the security function and lead a team of cybersecurity professionals.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, mentoring junior team members, overseeing deployment and maintenance of security updates and infrastructure, collaborating with stakeholders to plan and manage product lifecycles, and supporting network monitoring and incident response activities.

  • Lead a team of cybersecurity engineers to deliver robust, forward-thinking cybersecurity services.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
  • Oversee deployment and maintenance of security updates and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and manage product lifecycles.
  • Support network monitoring and incident response activities.

About You

  • Experienced in leading and coordinating diverse professional teams.
  • Hold a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiar with cybersecurity tools such as Trellix, Splunk, Tenable, and Palo Prisma.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality results in complex technical environments.
  • Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams and engaging with stakeholders.
