Your new opportunity
Drive marketing strategy across Travel by using data and insights to identify growth opportunities, align stakeholders, and deliver category strategies that boost performance, engagement, and long-term success. This role is for a passionate, strategic marketer with a commercial mindset that wants to be part of a high performing team, in one of the largest marketing departments in South Australia.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the travel strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities to grow the travel business.
  • Manage key supplier marketing partnerships and deliver activity in a timely manner.
  • In collaboration with the Campaign team, ensure planned advertising and media delivers on the Travel strategy, and report on campaign and sales performance.
  • Establish and work towards the fulfilment of Travel targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

For This Role, We're Also Looking For

  • Tertiary qualifications with a degree in Marketing, Business or similar.
  • Experience in marketing and / or category management, with demonstrated hands-on experience in developing and preparing strategic category plans.
  • Competent in utilising Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and other internal data systems to access, analyse, and visualise category and marketing performance data.
  • Knowledge of the Travel category beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with and interpret data.
  • Skilled performer in leading efforts around product and service category segmentation, positioning, targeting, and objective setting.
