Operating from 7:00am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 130 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

We are looking for a
Lead Educator who is Bachelor Qualified in Early Education
to float between our 3 and 4 year old kinder rooms. This is an amazing opportunity to gain hands-on experience to lead a Kindy room in the future.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A professional, polished presence and warm approach
  • A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
  • Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
