Role: Early Childhood Teacher- Educational Leader

Location: Southern Suburbs & Logan Brisbane QLD

Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours per week)

Pay: $43.55- $66.07 per hour+ EL allowance hourly + Super

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence
- Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs
- Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content
- Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
