Are you a passionate Early Childhood Teacher ready to inspire young minds and lead with purpose?

Bambini Early Learning Officer is seeking a confident and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to take the lead in our 3-Year-Old Funded Kindergarten program. This is a wonderful opportunity to mentor and guide a dedicated team of educators, driving excellence in pedagogy in line with approved learning frameworks, Bambini's values, and the Reggio Emilia approach.

About You

You are an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher who values meaningful relationships, respects children's rights, and brings a strong pedagogical lens to your work. You're ready to inspire, lead and grow with us.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • VIT Registration (Full or Provisional)
  • Demonstrated experience in an Early Learning environment
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS & Child Safe Standards
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, reflective and collaborative approach
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
  • Current National Police Check
