About the Role

As a BDM in Property Management, you'll focus on growing our rental portfolio through proactive lead generation, relationship building, and expert knowledge of the local rental market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new property management business through prospecting and networking
  • Convert landlord enquiries into signed management agreements
  • Deliver compelling listing presentations and tailored marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and referral partners
  • Stay current on rental trends and market conditions
  • Represent LJ Hooker Sunbury with professionalism at all times

What You'll Bring

  • Proven success in real estate or business development (property management experience highly regarded)
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a drive for results
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • A current driver's licence and vehicle
  • Availability to work Saturdays as required
