Fast Food Manager at

you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:

  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality, cookery or similar - e.g. diploma level or equivalent experience (3+ years)
  • Recent employment in hospitality management or a similar position - minimum 12 months full time (or part time equivalent)
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
  • Previous success in meeting KPIs
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
