The Role

We're looking for a casual Duty Manager to lead shifts across the hotel, with a strong focus on the gaming room. There's potential to transition into a full-time salaried position for the right candidate.

Key Duties

• Open and close the venue and gaming room, including CRT and ATM procedures

• Deliver exceptional service across all areas of the hotel, including dining, bars, accommodation, and gaming, ensuring every guest feels valued and well looked after

• Handle cash, reconciliations, and maintain compliance with liquor and gaming laws

• Lead, support, and motivate staff across all departments

About You

You're an experienced hospitality professional with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences. You take care to make customers feel welcome across all areas of the venue. You know your way around gaming operations, from CRTs to ATMs, and RMS experience is a bonus.

You lead from the front—calm, service-focused, and solution-oriented when challenges arise. Hands-on and approachable, you communicate clearly and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service. Flexibility for open and close shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential, and most importantly, you enjoy building connections with guests and ensuring they leave happy.
