The Role

The Chief Executive Officer will oversee all business operations, strategic direction, and performance across ASGI. This is a high-impact role that blends visionary leadership with disciplined execution. You'll work closely with the Founder and Chairman to set the strategy, lead a high-performing executive team, and ensure ASGI continues to deliver transformational experiences to entrepreneurs worldwide.

What You'll Do


• Lead the organisation's strategic and operational performance across all business units


• Develop and execute growth strategies that drive scale, efficiency, and profitability


• Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting


• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team with strong accountability and engagement


• Drive innovation across education, events, and digital delivery to enhance global reach


• Strengthen systems, processes, and governance to support sustainable expansion


• Represent ASGI with key partners, investors, and industry stakeholders


• Champion culture, communication, and alignment across all teams

• Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in a growth-driven organisation


• Demonstrated success leading diverse operations and teams across multiple markets


• Strong financial and strategic management capability


• Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills


• Experience within business education, coaching, or events is highly regarded


• Ability to balance vision with disciplined execution in fast-moving environments
