The Team:
All our services work closely together to focus on delivering excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers, our workforce, and the Tasmanian community.

The Role:
As part of the health care team the occupant of this position will provide reception and administrative support services for Women's and Children's Services (WACS) ward areas.

Provide reception and administrative support to the Maternity Unit, reporting to the Maternity Unit Manager (MUM), Clinical Midwifery Consultant (CNC) and In Charge Midwife, by assisting with enquiries from patients and clinical staff. Updating of patient information regarding admissions and discharges in the health information management system.

  • Work in a supportive team environment with a great team culture
  • Provide frontline support and assistance with administrative operations of the maternity ward

Details of appointment:
Permanent part time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working 32 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed upon date.

Salary:
$66,049 to $70,993 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Salary Packaging:
You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
