About the role

We are seeking an experienced Loan Kit Coordinator to join our team.

Your main duties will include:

  • Accountable for the accurate receipt of loan kit goods into the hospital.
  • Accountable for the check-in, tracking and preparation prior to CSSD processing
  • Ensuring all loan kits are checked out and complete prior to return to companies.
  • Knowledge of the current AS 5369.
  • Maintaining good working relationships and communication with the whole department and other areas.

About you

  • Experience in CSSD and Loan Kit management.
  • Certificate III in Sterilising Services.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with company reps, doctors rooms and the clinical team.
