Our Admin team is the backbone of our operation. We are searching for dedicated individual who wants a career and not just a job. You must enjoy working as part or a team and be prepared to go the extra mile for your clients and colleagues.

Your past experience is important, but more important to us is your passion, enthusiasm and attitude. There will be ample on the job training, so although past experience is desirable, its not essential.

Some of your tasks will include:

  • Answering phones and directing calls, taking appointments

  • Managing calendars of senior staff.

  • Greeting clients, offering beverages and refreshments.

  • Contacting the ATO on various matters

  • Filing documents electronically on our document management system

  • Dealing with electronic and physical mail

  • Flexible, can-do attitude

  • Social media management

Skill set

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications; Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Strong organisation skills with ability to multi-task

  • Flexible, can-do attitude

  • Strong work ethic with drive to succeed

  • Ability and willingness to learn
