Mansutti Bros is a leader in the powder coating industry, committed to delivering high-quality finishes and reliable service. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Receiving Clerk to join our operations team. This role is critical to ensuring materials and customer products are accurately received, inspected, and prepared for processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and check all incoming deliveries and customer items for accuracy against documentation.
  • Inspect received products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to management.
  • Label, log, and prepare items for the powder coating process in line with job orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of received goods and update job management systems.
  • Liaise with production staff to ensure efficient flow of work through the coating process.
  • Organise storage areas to ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in coordinating outgoing orders when required.
  • Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety standards.

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or receiving role (powder coating or metal finishing experience desirable but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and paperwork.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to use basic computer systems and job tracking software.
  • Forklift licence (LF) preferred but not essential.
  • Physically capable of handling materials safely.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Hours:

Mon-Thu 7.00am-3.30pm

Fri 7.00am - 1.00pm
