Project Manager – Commercial & Workplace Fit-Out

Location: Sydney, NSW

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $165,000 + Superannuation

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for an opportunity to lead and deliver high-end commercial and workplace fit-out projects? Join a successful mid-sized Design & Construct firm in Sydney and take your career to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing full project lifecycles – from planning to execution and delivery.

Developing and overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Leading and coordinating project teams – including subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Identifying and managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Ensuring all projects meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Design & Construct sector.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, contract administration, and procurement.

Familiarity with construction contracts and industry regulations.

Proficiency in project management software.
