Line Technical Specialist
PERSOL is partnering with a leading mining resources company to source a Line Technical Specialist for an exciting opportunity within their operations team. About The Role

  • Coach supervisors and frontline teams in continuous improvement and standardised work.
  • Facilitate problem-solving workshops and help teams resolve recurring issues.
  • Support the development and rollout of new work routines, tools, and procedures.
  • Analyse operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Build capability across site through training, coaching, and hands-on support.
  • Drive consistent and safe work execution through standardised processes.

About You

  • Background in mining, maintenance, fixed plant or processing.
  • Experienced with SAP
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, problem solving, or frontline leadership.
  • Confident working with different stakeholders across site.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about helping people perform at their best.
