About the Company

Our client is a well-regarded Newcastle consultancy with a reputation for quality work and strong client relationships. They've built their success on repeat business, a steady pipeline of projects, and a culture that values their people as much as their work. The team includes Quantity Surveyors and Estimators who provide practical solutions for various projects predominantly within the civil infrastructure sector.

The Role

  • Prepare cost estimates and feasibility studies across a range of civil and infrastructure projects.
  • Work closely with senior leadership while supporting and mentoring junior staff.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely estimates.
  • Work across a range of projects including road improvements and general civil infrastructure.

About You

  • 5-20 years experience in estimating, with a strong civil background (roads, infrastructure, or similar).
  • Proficiency with estimating software.
  • Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Ambitious, client-focused, and capable of building strong working relationships.
