About Us

We deliver civil and structural engineering services across energy, industrial, mining, and land development sectors. We have a robust pipeline delivering civil aspects of the energy transition, including projects associated with wind, solar, BESS and transmission infrastructure ranging from 33kV to 500kV. We typically work closely with construction contractors to design practical, cost-effective solutions, that are fit for purpose - helping shape the communities we live in.

Your Role

  • To deliver technically excellent projects within time/budget constraints and to exceed clients technical and service expectations
  • Manage the delivery of packages/components of larger projects, or the delivery of smaller projects
  • Prepare and oversee technical deliverables such as bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, pavements, erosion and sediment control, water quality, access tracks/intersections
  • Maintain trusted and authentic partnerships with equivalent members of key clients businesses and demonstrate a sound appreciation of their needs
  • Contribute to a welcoming, collaborative, high-functioning team environment and guide/mentor less experienced team members
  • Manage the risk of doing business by complying with all non-technical processes and systems outlined in the applicable documents

Skills and Experience

  • BEng(Civil) or equivalent degree qualification
  • We are ideally looking for a candidate with around 5+ years' experience, but will consider those with more or less experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of relevant design standards and design software such as 12D, Drains, Music
  • The determination and motivation to succeed in consulting, and a commitment to professional development
