Now, we're looking for a sharp, proactive Account and Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team and help deliver strategic marketing solutions that drive real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Account and Campaign Manager, you'll work closely with clients and our internal team to:

  • Lead client relationships with confidence and clarity, managing meetings and discovery sessions independently
  • Translate client needs into strategic marketing briefs – even when they don't know what they need yet
  • Build and manage campaign strategies across digital platforms, with a focus on solving real business problems
  • Execute campaigns hands-on, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok
  • Set up and manage projects in , ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Report on campaign performance and optimise for results
  • Draft content and update website landing pages
  • Create campaign collateral and social posts using Canva
  • Use Google Analytics and Tag Manager to track and interpret campaign data

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has strong account management skills and is a proactive communicator
  • Can confidently manage client relationships and lead initial business discovery conversations
  • Is comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
  • Has experience creating and managing digital campaigns end-to-end
  • Is hands-on with tools like , Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads
  • Has a working understanding of Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Can use Canva to create simple, effective visuals
  • Is comfortable drafting content and editing website pages (e.g., cloning, updating copy)
  • Is a team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
