Responsibilities
- Represent the business in delivering digital and operational solutions for scheme administration.
- Translate complex legislative reforms into clear business and technical requirements.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and policy artefacts to guide ICT delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support delivery teams throughout the agile lifecycle.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven Product Owner experience in government, regulatory or legislative change contexts.
- Strong ability to interpret legislation and define operational and digital outcomes.
- Skilled in managing stakeholder engagement and external vendor delivery.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to support responsive decision-making.
