Responsibilities

  • Represent the business in delivering digital and operational solutions for scheme administration.
  • Translate complex legislative reforms into clear business and technical requirements.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and policy artefacts to guide ICT delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and support delivery teams throughout the agile lifecycle.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven Product Owner experience in government, regulatory or legislative change contexts.
  • Strong ability to interpret legislation and define operational and digital outcomes.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholder engagement and external vendor delivery.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to support responsive decision-making.
