iTANZ Group is a multinational IT consulting and digital transformation organisation working across Australia, the Middle East, and Asia. We specialise in enterprise-scale solutions including:
- ERP implementation (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, SAP B1)
- Utilities and Smart Grid transformation
- Data Analytics, AI / ML platforms and BI architectures
- Government and Local Council digital services
- Enterprise Data Warehousing and Integration Platforms
- Cloud adoption and migration programs
Our projects involve significant complexity, cross-functional coordination, and solution design that require highly skilled and experienced Business Analysts.
The role of Senior Business Analyst is critical for the delivery of our technology programs, many of which involve government clients, public-sector agencies, and regulated industries. This position is required to:
Manage a team of technical and functional professionals distributed across geographical territories of operations with special alignment with Australia & New Zealand
Using project management methodologies, principles, and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects
Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
- Translate complex operational needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development and delivery teams
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, data architecture, analytics models, and system design
- Support large-scale ERP, Utilities, BI, and Cloud transformation projects, where precise requirements and governance are mandatory
- Manage stakeholder engagement across geographically dispersed teams and client organisations
Ensure successful implementation, testing, and transition of mission-critical systems.
Monitor KPIs for business analysis guidelines and methodology compliance, review and improve processes
Serve as the escalation point of any functional issues within the project
Provide feedback and suggestions to higher management to help formulate future roadmap
Manage and monitor allocation of development task to the project or product development team
This position is therefore core to our service delivery model and indispensable for meeting contractual obligations with our clients and it is required that the incumbent has:
Over 10 Years of relevant Experience
Bachelor or Master of Business Administration or Computer Science
Experience of working in similar capacity in an IT Consulting environment
Experience of working as part of delivery team in a large-scale project
Experience of delivering cloud-enabled products and/or projects
Experience of end-to-end delivery of enterprise solutions is a must
Experience of working and delivering solutions based in ERP, Utilities domain, City Councils, or Custom cloud solutions using Oracle or other pre-packaged enterprise solutions.
Strong experience business analysis, developing requirement specification and solution design documents.
Proven experience of leading customer workshops for requirement gathering and solution design presentation.
Hands-on experience of implementing and configuring pre-packaged solutions is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $130,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year
