**Join the Sugo Toys Team**

We are looking for a **dedicated new team member** to join our **Padstow warehouse**.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle **online and walk-in customer inquiries** efficiently.
- Receive and take stock, ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining **stock level reports**.
- Update daily **new product listings** on our website.
- Support daily **warehouse operations** as needed.
- **Fluent in Chinese** (reading required). Japanese proficiency is a bonus
- Familiar with the **latest anime and superhero IPs**.
- General knowledge of **Excel** and computer skills.
- **Highly detail-oriented**, careful, and thorough.
- Proactive, quick to learn, and willing to work hard with a **positive attitude**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $54,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
