We are expanding and have multiple exciting opportunities for fresh graduates, provisional clinicians, and experienced professionals to join our growing team.
The Roles
We are seeking:
- Psychologists (Provisional or Fully Registered with AHPRA)
- Speech Pathologists (New graduates or experienced, SPA membership required)
- Occupational Therapists (AHPRA registration, open to graduates and experienced)
Psychologist
We are seeking an experienced Psychologist (multi-roles) to work with children. Experience or interest in working with children with developmental delays and/or autism spectrum disorder; however, comprehensive training and supervision are available. Knowledge and/or training in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) program is highly regarded.
Speech Pathologist
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team. This role involves working primarily with children, providing speech and language assessments as well as intervention. Experience with autistic children or an educational background would be highly desirable.
Occupational Therapist
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (multi-roles) to join our team, delivering therapy sessions for children. Participate in and/or co-facilitate group programs (e.g., social skills, play-based therapy). Support children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and other functional challenges.
Key). Supportabilities
· Conduct assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and develop evidence-based intervention plans.
· Support clients with a range of needs, including developmental, behavioural, learning, or communication challenges.
· Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure holistic client outcomes.
· Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in planning, case discussions, and client care.
· Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
· Participate in supervision, professional development, and team initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Speech Pathology, or Occupational Therapy.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA / Speech Pathology Australia.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with NDIS and other funding frameworks.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, client-centred care, and professional growth.
- Fresh graduates, provisional clinicians, and experienced practitioners are all encouraged to apply.
- Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
