We're seeking a dynamic Store Manager with strong retail leadership experience and a passion for team development. You'll oversee a diverse team of 14, including 2 Assistant Store Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader who thrives on accountability, empowering others, and driving results through KPIs—all within a supportive, well-established environment. The role offers a 40-hour week with a 1-in-3 weekend rotating roster, giving you the flexibility to enjoy your passions outside of work. Automotive knowledge is not required, but a love for customer service and problem-solving is essential. As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

  • Proven retail management experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
  • Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we'll deliver the Auto.
  • Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
  • Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
