Matrix Dental is a 2nd generation, family-owned company with close ties to their staff and to their Dental Customers. We strive to meet our customer's expectations on being easy to do business with and source products from leading dental manufacturers such as Kulzer, Medicom, Kerr, FGM, Kettenbach, MK-Dent and Acteon. The role comes with uncomplicated sales targets, simple processes with a focus on supporting our long-term customer relationships.
The role
With support from Management, you will:
· generate sales;
· build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with dental professionals and clinics in your territory;
· manage a portfolio of existing clients and their needs whilst proactively generating new business opportunities;
· understand clients' clinical and purchasing needs and recommend appropriate products and equipment;
· meet achievable sales targets and contribute to team goals in a collaborative environment.
· maintain product knowledge and industry trends.
· represent Matrix Dental at industry events, conferences and the like
· support the existing simple CRM system
· provide regular sales activity reports
You'll be a great fit if:
· you are an experienced sales achiever within the dental supplies / equipment or related office-based healthcare industry
· you have effective time management and territory planning skills
· you enjoy building business relationships with healthcare professionals
· you have excellent communication and presentation skills
· you are courteous, fun and love being part of a team
We'll be searching for applicants who:
· have existing relationships with dental practices;
· clinical understanding of dental products and procedures;
· experience selling both consumables and small equipment
