Exciting Opportunity – Forklift Operators Wanted

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our Carole Park, QLD depot. We offer casual to permanent positions, providing a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced and dynamic logistics environment.

About the Role:

As a Forklift Operator, you will be integral to the smooth and safe movement of goods. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Loading and unloading PUD fleet and interstate line haul equipment.
  • Accurately checking, documenting, and verifying consignments, including weights, dangerous goods compatibility, and destination labels.
  • Coordinating efficient loading and unloading of fleet while adhering to mass management and load restraint guidelines.
  • Following best-practice processes to maintain compliance, improve procedures, and deliver exceptional customer service.

We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to operational excellence, with a professional approach and a proactive mindset.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Linehaul Loading / Forklift Operations  (Essential)
  • Sound knowledge of Mass Management / Weight Distribution
  • Demonstrate understanding of Load Restraint Guidelines
  • Comply with all WHS regulations and Chain of Responsibility requirements
  • Knowledge of hand-held scanning equipment
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Handling (Advantageous)
  • A high focus on safety and compliance.
