Underdale Drillers oz is a 5th generation South Australian Family based drilling company. Our geotechnical drilling section of the business is growing and there is a new position available in the Administration team for a 'Team Assistant'.
Position Summary
The role is integral to ensure smooth operations within the team environment.
Involves administrative and organisational support to team members.
A backbone for the team, to assist with workflow and project running in an efficient manner.
Key responsibilities
Handling incoming inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members
Assisting with emails and phone calls and be the first point of contact for delivery personnel and visitors
Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for crews
- Maintaining and organising filing systems
- Various other administrative support
What we are looking for
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Ability to learn quickly and have initiative within a fast paced environment.
- A strong work ethic and flexibility and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Good knowledge of office software, i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel , PowerPoint
