Our work is interesting and meaningful, contributing directly to Australia's national security. We offer rewarding roles that provide the opportunity to grow your career, and the flexibility to balance life and work. A career at ASC is like no other, delivering a deeper purpose we can all be proud of.
About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and execution of a national learning strategy that will shape Australia's sovereign submarine sustainment workforce. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development and working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll drive the "Train in Australia Plan" and collaborate across government and industry to deliver technical training and capability development initiatives. - Manage L&D actions to support capability building and Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel (SQEP) outcomes.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Learning, HR, Business or extensive L&D leadership experience.
- Project management certification or experience highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in complex environments, ideally with technical training delivery.
