We're expanding our Canberra team and seeking a Dermal Therapist or Dermal Clinician who shares our passion for integrity, education, and excellence in skin health.

Your Role & Responsibilities

You're not just a therapist — you're a skin health professional who blends science, empathy, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced clinical skin treatments (Facials, Peels, Laser, IPL, Skin Needling etc.)
  • Conduct in-depth consultations and design personalised treatment plans
  • Recommend and educate clients on clinical-grade skincare with integrity and confidence
  • Maintain treatment protocols, hygiene, and safety to the highest standards
  • Accurately document all client care and progress
  • Embody SWA's philosophy of treating from the inside out

About You
  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Dermal Science, or equivalent (Cert IV minimum)
  • 2–3 years' experience in advanced skin or dermal therapy
  • Confident in skin needling, peels, laser/IPL, and client consultations
  • Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Passionate about achieving real results and earning client trust
  • Committed to ongoing growth, excellence, and accountability
  • Available for flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays
  • Eligible to work in Australia
