About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic BMW Product Genius to join our enthusiastic team. In this crucial role, you'll enhance the customer journey and drive sales for our exceptional line of BMW vehicles. Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly and assist with inquiries related to BMW vehicles, their features, and cutting-edge technology.
  • Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and unique features of BMW models.
  • Guide customers through test drives, offering detailed explanations of both vehicle performance and technological advancements.
  • Assist customers in configuring their ideal BMW with various optional features and packages tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain relationships with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction and respond to any further questions.
  • Stay informed about the latest BMW products, innovations, and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Uphold a clean, organised showroom and work area to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed to develop your expertise.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for BMW vehicles and their technology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational abilities.
  • A desire to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to accommodate weekend and evening work as necessary.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is highly desirable.
