About the Role
As a
Senior Account Executive
, you'll take ownership of a diverse and well-managed portfolio of commercial clients across various industries. You'll be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, providing expert risk advice, and ensuring clients receive outstanding service and tailored insurance solutions.
This role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes pride in managing accounts end-to-end, and is ready to play a key part in the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of established commercial clients
- Handle renewals, endorsements, claims support, and policy administration
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and insurers
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the portfolio
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members as required
- Work closely with management to deliver on strategic business goals
About You
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive in general insurance broking
- Strong technical knowledge across commercial lines
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Tier 1 Broking qualification (Diploma of Financial Services) essential
- Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
