About Us:

Set amongst our vegetable gardens on the grounds of the former Coogee Hotel, our culinary philosophy revolves around the experience of fresh, garden-to-plate dining.

We bake, ferment, pickle and preserve, we celebrate local and choose responsibly, and we love food, wine and hospitality

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and curious Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our management team and champion our food and beverage offering.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in leading a service team with a hands-on approach
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • A love of the adrenaline of a fast-paced working environment
  • Working knowledge of premium food, spirits, beers, wine, and cocktails
  • A creative approach to creating exceptional experiences

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • A strong knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and cocktails
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Be comfortable behind a coffee machine
  • Familiarity with classic cocktails and beverage preparation
  • Availability to work most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
