Pathfinder Recruitment are excited to bring to market a great opportunity for an Account Manager to join a Parramatta based managed services provider (MSP). Working across a broad client base servicing NSW, you will facilitate growth and ultimately the continued success of the business. You will be joining a great team with a supportive work culture, as well and learning and development initiatives. This role will be based on-site.

About you

Ideally you have 3+ years experience in Account Management and a good technical understanding of IT products and services. Expertise in the Microsoft stack will be advantageous. You should be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Building trust with key stakeholders and maintaining client relationships will be critical to your success. Having a good track record of reaching KPIs as well as previous MSP experience is desired.

Key skills

  • 3+ years experience as an Account Manager
  • Previous experience working in an MSP environment
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly Microsoft and cloud services
  • Ability to collaborate and align strategy, goals and objectives
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Goal driven, able to take initiative as well as work as part of a team

Key qualifications

  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply
  • NSW Drivers licence and own car required
