ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our branch based in Gracemere, QLD 4702. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

In this role your key responsibilities would include:

• Detailing the exterior and interior of all vehicles ensuring they are highly presentable.
• Prepare vehicles to be photographed.
• Take quality photographs capturing all features of the vehicle in preparation for Auction.
• Entering the details of all incoming assets into our system
• Entering the details and taking photographs of the assets to ensure customers have an accurate image of the stock for sale (training provided)
• Assist other team members with their duties when required
• Liaising with customers and tow truck drivers regarding the pickup of vehicles
• Ensuring all relevant documentation relating to the movement of assets is correct prior to release

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Adaptable and flexible in fast paced environments
• Highly driven and energised
• Current, valid manual driver's licence (essential)
• A current and valid forklift licence or the ability to obtain
• Adaptable and flexible in fast paced environments
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A basic knowledge of motor vehicles or the industry would be an advantage
