As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR team on a 4-month fixed-term contract based in Mentone.
The Role
Role
As a Line Leader, you'll be at the heart of our production. You'll supervise your team to ensure our products are made safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while coaching and inspiring your team to perform at their best. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll:
- Lead and Inspire: Set clear expectations, provide timely feedback, and build a positive team culture where people feel supported, valued, and motivated.
- Champion Health & Safety: Act as a role model for safe practices, ensuring all work is performed in line with company procedures and food safety standards. You'll promote a proactive safety culture, identify and resolve hazards, and encourage your team to always put safety first.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee daily production targets, manage downtime effectively, and ensure efficiency and quality in every process.
- Coach & Develop: Train and guide team members to build capability, encourage accountability, and foster open communication and collaboration.
- Improve & Innovate: Look for ways to continuously improve processes, reduce waste, and support sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate & Communicate – Partner with supervisors, managers, and support teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring production stays on track.

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience. You've managed, coached, or guided a team before. FMCG experience is a bonus, but what matters most is your ability to lead people, take responsibility, and deliver results.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability. You follow through, set high standards, and drive your team to meet them
- A safety-first mindset. You lead by example, promote safe work practices, and embed a culture where safety comes first.
- Excellent people skills. You communicate clearly, build trust, resolve issues fairly, and bring out the best in others.
- Problem-solving ability. You stay calm under pressure, think on your feet, and make sound decisions to keep production running smoothly.
- Adaptability and resilience. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, remain steady under pressure, and can guide your team through challenges with confidence.
- Strong communication and numeracy skills – fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Physical fitness and flexibility - you're able to work full time hours either day, afternoon or night shift, with the ability to adapt to business needs.
