Your new role

You'll play a key role in overseeing the construction of multiple residential projects across South Brisbane, including single and double-storey homes and townhouses. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day site operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

You Will:

  • Drive and maintain strong safety practices across all sites.
  • Coordinate and supervise trades and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor quality, compliance, and budget throughout the build process.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Resolve site issues promptly and effectively.
  • Keep accurate, real-time updates using construction management systems.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Trade-qualified with solid experience in Carpentry or Building.
  • Current QBCC licence is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction processes and project management.
  • Comfortable using construction software (experience with Onsite Companion is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience with a reputable residential builder.
