Key Responsibilities Include:
  • The primary role is implementing the HSEQ Strategy in QLD, with a support function for WHS in NT
  • Organise and lead work health and safety training, including equipment training
  • Perform site visits to verify compliance with WHS standards
  • Lead toolbox talks with staff
  • Carry out risk assessments
  • Investigate incidents
  • Provide safety inductions for new employees
  • Support the creation of safe work method statements
  • Implement WHS policies and legislation
About You
  • Lead by example Green by Nature's safety-first culture
  • Must have Cert IV in WHS
  • Minimum 3 Years' experience within a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in WHS policies, processes, and safe systems of work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
