We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Officer's to join our team. This role is critical in managing the receipt, storage, dispatch, and delivery of mail, equipment, and supplies within our facilities. You will play a key part in ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and outstanding client service.

We currently have multiple part time and casual opportunities, please indicate your preference in your cover letter.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily freight operations, including receiving, storing, picking, dispatching, and delivering loads efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, government regulations, and company policies, particularly in sensitive areas like pharmaceuticals.
  • Operate and maintain logistics equipment responsibly and report any faults or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, couriers, and service providers to ensure smooth and timely logistics service delivery.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

  • Previous experience in logistics or a healthcare environment preferred but not essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technical systems.
