We are looking for Casual Chefs to join our team. You'll play a key role in supporting the kitchen team to deliver exceptional, high-quality dishes across a variety of corporate and event settings. This is a great opportunity to work in a professional kitchen with a Monday to Friday roster, offering work-life balance rarely found in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and production of dishes to a high standard.
• Work collaboratively across kitchen sections to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in maintaining quality, consistency, and innovation.
• Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised work area.
• Work flexibly across functions, events, and day-to-day service operations.

You're a hands-on team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering excellence every time.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume or event-based environment.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality and consistency.
• Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• A positive attitude and genuine love for teamwork.
• A working with children check.
• Flexibility to work across a Monday to Friday roster.
