About the role
The Lead Relationship Manager is responsible for the leadership of a team of Relationship Managers to achieve Lifeblood's collection targets. The role contributes to the national Donor Engagement plans and oversees the effective and efficient delivery of plans & initiatives in their region.
The role requires effective relationship management of internal and external stakeholders to Lifeblood to support the effective delivery of agreed activity plans for the region.
The Lead Relationship Manager drives the development and implementation of plans within their region to optimise donor acquisition, awareness, education, engagement, attendance, and retention, and manages relationships to support collections growth.

- Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate experience in leading people in a customer focussed environment
- Excellent time management, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively motivate and inspire team members and develop high performing teams
- Experience in performance management, development and coaching of front-line team members
- Experience in successfully managing geographically dispersed teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's licence
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a hybrid working environment. The successful candidate must be in regular access of our Lifeblood Processing Centre in Victoria.
