The Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, consistency, and efficiency to the kitchen, while working closely with our team to deliver exceptional Italian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Italian and modern dishes to a high standard
  • Manage kitchen operations including prep, service, and stock control
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in line with regulations
  • Collaborate with management on menu development and specials
  • Train and support junior kitchen staff when required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef or Cook (Italian cuisine preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for Italian food and a creative approach to cooking
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
