About The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the
3D Health
team as
Clinical Nurse/Midwife - Encompass,
where you will be responsible for:

• Providing advanced, person-centred nursing care and case management for clients with complex health and disability needs across a variety of community settings.
• Training and assessing unlicensed healthcare workers (ULHCWs) to safely deliver delegated health care in education, childcare, and respite environments.
• Monitoring and reviewing individual health plans, ensuring optimal care outcomes through evidence-based interventions and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and education to nurses and colleagues statewide involved in the Encompass program, fostering professional growth and continuity of care.
• Participating in clinical research, change management initiatives, and contribute to the development of protocols and service delivery improvements.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Registered Nurse/Midwife with current (or eligible) registration and practising certificate with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience with proven competence in relevant clinical nursing or midwifery practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities independently, meeting deadlines while working under minimal supervision.
• Sound knowledge of healthcare standards, legislation, ethics, and contemporary nursing and quality improvement practices.
