The Co-Group is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation providing essential workforce solutions to the disability, aged care, and community service sectors. We connect skilled Support Workers with participants in need of in-home and community support.

The Role

We are seeking reliable, compassionate Support Workers for casual, flexible shifts in Dural and surrounding areas. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's daily life while working in a supportive and professional environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in disability or aged care support is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with participants
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays and weekends
  • Must hold a valid Working with Children Check and NDIS workers screening clearance check
  • Own transport is preferred
