Ongoing, full time vacancy in Eastern District
The District Workforce Planner is responsible for providing high-level analysis and input into the effective resource planning by providing statistical data and the development of information reports to inform and plan work related activities, rostering requirements and to identify opportunities for the improvement of business practices.

The District Workforce Planner will coordinate and monitor workforce planning activities to ensure a structured and planned approach to the efficient resourcing of the District. They are required to manage workforce rostering and planning, vacancies, recruitment, absence management, employment contracts and other human resource related activities.

Special Conditions

  • The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
  • The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
  • Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
  • The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL's iEngage program.

Salary
ASO5 - $85,790 - $95,413 per annum.
