La Prairie Counter Manager, Chatswood Chase

We are looking for a Counter Manager at our new La Prairie counter at David Jones, Chatswood Chase

We are currently recruiting for a 35 hour per week

La Prairie Counter Managers are responsible for leading by example, achieving retail sales and delivering key performance indicators for their counters.

About the Role:

As a Counter Manager, you will be the face of our brand at the store level, managing daily operations, coaching your team, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. You'll play a key role in building customer loyalty, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the counter runs smoothly from open to close.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of beauty advisors to achieve performance goals
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge
  • Some visual merchandising, and maintaining counter appearance
  • Handle some reporting and daily administration tasks
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and represent our brand with professionalism and passion
  • Drive service in store.

  • Proven experience in a counter manager role (beauty or luxury retail experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by example and create a positive team environment
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding goals
  • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask
