About the Role

This position provides high level administrative and project support to the Manager Swim, Sport & Fitness and broader department to facilitate compliance, assist with workflows and provide a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage departmental admin and financial processes
  • Conduct research and prepare reports for decision-making
  • Coordinate meetings, diary management, and event logistics
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, training, and scheduling
  • Reconcile credit card statements and process purchase orders
  • Deliver first-response customer service and delegate tasks to support workflow
  • Upskill staff and improve internal systems and efficiencies

About You

This role requires a highly skilled and self-motivated professional with strong communication, collaboration, and customer service abilities. To be successful in the position, you are required to have:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Strong background in administrative and financial support for large teams
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence
  • Current Working with Children Check
