- Salary: $68,489 - $76,980 gross p.a. plus 12% Super
- 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the option of flexitime
- Located at the Nowra Aquatic Park

About the Role
This position provides high level administrative and project support to the Manager Swim, Sport & Fitness and broader department to facilitate compliance, assist with workflows and provide a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Manage departmental admin and financial processes
- Conduct research and prepare reports for decision-making
- Coordinate meetings, diary management, and event logistics
- Support HR functions including onboarding, training, and scheduling
- Reconcile credit card statements and process purchase orders
- Deliver first-response customer service and delegate tasks to support workflow
- Upskill staff and improve internal systems and efficiencies

About You
This role requires a highly skilled and self-motivated professional with strong communication, collaboration, and customer service abilities. To be successful in the position, you are required to have:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Strong background in administrative and financial support for large teams
- Current Class C Driver's Licence
- Current Working with Children Check
