Job Description:
As the Office Manager you will oversee bookings, communications, assist in sales & marketing within the organisation. You will directly be responsible for managing the front desk, reservation system, payments & invoices, sales and office operations.
Key responsibilities & duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all guests have an amazing experience through delivering exceptional customer service that goes over and beyond.
- Ensure all incoming emails are responded to effectively within the organisation standard..
- Assist with wedding inspections when required.
- Handle new wedding contract sales and administration
- Manage third party booking channels
- Strive to meet 100% occupancy at all times.
- Hotel inventory management
- Handle and organise all office administration.
- Implementing and reviewing department policies and procedures

We are looking for someone who is committed to imbedding themselves in the team & venue, connecting authentically with the guests and thrives in a fast pace working environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Previous experiences in hotel or guests services is a bonus but not a must
- Availability to work weekends.
- Attention to detail and excellent personal presentation standards.
- Strong experience with Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to work as part of a team, but also lead when required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
