Job Description:

As the Office Manager you will oversee bookings,  communications, assist in sales & marketing within the organisation. You will directly be responsible for managing the front desk, reservation system, payments & invoices, sales and office operations.

Key responsibilities & duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure all guests have an amazing experience through delivering exceptional customer service that goes over and beyond.
  • Ensure all incoming emails are responded to effectively within the organisation standard..
  • Assist with wedding inspections when required.
  • Handle new wedding contract sales and administration
  • Manage third party booking channels
  • Strive to meet 100% occupancy at all times.
  • Hotel inventory management
  • Handle and organise all office administration.
  • Implementing and reviewing department policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experiences in hotel or guests services is a bonus but not a must
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Attention to detail and excellent personal presentation standards.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but also lead when required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
