At Rees R & Sydney Jones, we're seeking a motivated Solicitor with 3+ years PAE and a strong foundation in Property Law to join our dynamic Commercial Team. About the Role

In this pivotal position, you'll:

Manage a broad range of commercial matters from start to finish, including:

• Commercial and retail leases
• Property and business sales
• Partnerships, trusts, and corporate structures
• Draft and review contracts, leases, sale and purchase agreements, and related legal documentation.
• Provide clear and commercially sound legal advice to property developers, investors, and business clients.
• Support residential conveyancing clerks by reviewing contracts and disclosure statements, and providing advice on related matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted legal advisor.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the wider team on multi-disciplinary matters.
• Stay informed on relevant legislative and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practice.
• Contribute to the review, development, and maintenance of precedents to support consistency and efficiency.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of workflows and internal processes to enhance service delivery and client experience.
