Training Co-Ordinator

About the Role
CERT is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Training Co-Ordinator to join our team in Salisbury, QLD. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of operational expertise, coupled with specialised technical knowledge in a Registered Training Organisation working environment including accredited training and assessment, to effectively manage and coordinate the resources required for high-quality training delivery.
Key responsibilities of this role include:

Lead the coordination of training scheduling and allocation of qualified trainer-assessors, including the necessary resources to support the delivery of quality training and assessment services.

Operate as the primary point of contact for Key clients, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
-
Oversee the timely and efficient processing of student enrolments, as well as training and assessment records compliance activities
-
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student enrolment data within CERT's designated student management system [aXcelerate].
-
Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings for personnel required for service delivery.
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service delivery activities and student engagement for financial administration and reporting purposes.
-
Lead office operations and administration activities to ensure the efficient and effective facilitation of client service needs.
-
Provide direction and leadership to staff, setting work priorities related to administrative functions and training-related tasks.
-
Guide the implementation and adoption of new systems, procedures, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
This role will report to the Training Manager and collaborates closely with the Chullora Team.
About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
-
Minimum of 3 years in training coordination, training scheduling and administration or related field, preferably within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or similar regulatory environment.
-
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of client-centred administrative and training services.
-
Experience in Vocational Education and Training and sound understanding of Government and State Funded and Fee for Service accredited training programs.
-
Experience with Student and Learning Management (LMS&SMS) software systems, preferably aXcelerate.
-
Knowledge of and ability to apply legislative provisions and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
-
Proficient experience with client accounts and invoicing and office financial business systems and processes
-
Experienced in supervising teams and coordinating frontline operational activities.
-
Demonstrated ability to project manage work priorities and job requirements in a timely and effective manner.
-
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
-
Proficient user with demonstrated skills of Microsoft Office.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
-
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
-
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management and/or a related field.
