Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your station at all times.
Requirements
  • Proven 5 years experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
