The Role

Chef de Partie
to lead our
Cold Section
, bringing creativity and consistency to every plate.

, our open-kitchen dining experience offers Sydney a refined culinary journey, celebrating a variety of cuisines crafted from the freshest seasonal produce. Each dish is thoughtfully curated to inspire guests to create their own unique taste adventure.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead by example and inspire a collaborative, respectful kitchen culture.
• Support Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and service, maintaining consistently high standards.
• Contribute to achieving daily financial targets through efficient and mindful operations.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and inclusive workplace.

About You

• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about hospitality.
• Previous experience in upscale dining or premium hospitality settings is highly regarded.
